The West Jackson Creek are two 20 acre placer claims made along Jackson Creek, wedged between Quincy and Graeagle in Plumas County, California.
Five miles from the famous Plumas-Eureka mine, the claims sit in the same gold rich territory that the biggest producers in history have come from.

The Jackson Creek flows strongest in the spring and slows down a bit in the fall and winter, but flows year round. Natural waterfalls are found at several spots along the Creek on the claim, and plenty of natural gold traps have been made with the new rock and local drift wood.

The Creek pulls down new gravel and material every year, carrying lots of quartz and black sands.

Well-maintained dirt roads lead up to the claim, with several spots to pull off at alongside the road for easy access to the river.
Several spots on the dirt road leading up to the claim have enough room to park fifth wheels and large trailers.
Incredible views from the claim, and at a fairly low elevation for its size, the site doesn't get too much snow relative to other parts of the Sierras - means more time you can spend on claim doing something fun!
